VerifiedThe product was as described and the customer service was excellent even though it is all on line with patience it is the future and we need to embrace it.
I ordered what turned out to be the wrong product and it arrived next day as advertised.
I tried to contact them by phone which was not available, after a little frustration I resorted back to on line, reordered the correct product which again came next day.
then on line I applied to return my first incorrect order which was accepted imediatly and the following day they offered me an easy collection service.
Excellent all round well done Leisureshopdirectdirect.

Verified5 stars for customer relationship as, even though the product shipped wasn't quite what we ordered (wrong colour) an immediate replacement/refund was offered and the returns process was painless and cost free.

VerifiedOrdered the item online, a straight forward transaction. Expected to wait a while for delivery but it arrived the following day. Well packaged. Assembly instructions easy to follow. Good construction and pleasing to look at. Easy to operate does the job. A happy purchase at this point in time have yet to see if it remains that way throughout its use.
