VerifiedFantastic staff and communication, Karen dealt with most emails I sent. We was on holiday in Cornwall when the caravan toilet cassette broke and went all around camping shops did not stock them and said hard to get hold of. This company had them in and managed to order one online and asked for it delivered to campsite nothing to do with the company they were fab but Parcelforce were not reliable and we ended up collecting from the depot so we had it before going home.
Thank you leisureshop direct for fantastic customer service, defo recommend this company.
