problems with replacement vent cover

ordered vent cover , when delivered product was missing a slide , contacted leisure shop , Amy arranged for a replacement to be sent to me , replacement was perfect. had slight problem getting original vent back to leisure shop, Again Amy was very helpful. I've given leisure shop 5 stars for service because of the excellent way that everything was sorted out . Brilliant after sales service.

needs a customer services department

Unfortunately, the wrong item was sent out to us. There is no phone number to talk to anyone about it. The webchat service is not currently functioning but I have had a reply to my email and the situation has been resolved - albeit with a little more time than I had hoped.

The order was dispatched within 24…

The order was dispatched within 24 hours and arrived on the fourth day following. Very pleased with the sleeping bags. Good that they can be opened out flat. My two grandsons are delighted with them great for when they come to stay. Great price as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great Customer Service from Claire

Great Customer Service from Claire. One small item didn't arrive with the rest of my order. Waited in case it had been sent separately so some time passed before contacting C/S, but she still took the time to track it down and arrange to have it despatched. It arrived really quickly. Not much to say about the product itself except good quality.

I ordered 2 Alder Lake camping chairs

I ordered 2 Alder Lake camping chairs, they arrived promptly and are just what I was looking for. On inspection I noticed one of the storage bags wasn’t sewn properly at the bottom, I contacted Leisure shop direct to address the problem. The issue was dealt with & resolved very quickly. I highly recommend leisure Shop Direct 5*
