All sorted. Happy customer.
I have ordered from them before and had good service, hence 3 stars. Sadly I have not had a good experience from my current order with them. Ordered in January and their site said stock would be available late January for delivery. Still not received goods! Have chased and told 12th March. No delivery! Now they claim they emailed me to say They were still out of stock. They did not inform me of this at all. The only response I have had from them after chasing this yet AGAIN is that they are chasing with their supplier. I understand the difficult times we are in, but I have not been kept up to date by them and I have had to do all the chasing. Only given 3 stars based on previous good service.
UPDATE. Thank you Craig for taking the time to reply. I’m glad you have giving me a fair and honest explanation and a resolution.

I have now received the goods and very happy with them. It was a shame that communication got a bit lost to start with but they have taken my queries seriously and dealt with them very professionally in the end. I have had previously experienced very good customer service and I am now very happy with them again. Will use them again.
