I was quite happy with the product…

I was quite happy with the product ,unfortunately having placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and paying for a 48 hour delivery I was expecting delivery on Friday or Saturday at latest.Delivery arrived Monday after 5 pm.Royal Mail at their best!

I searched the internet for a new caravan cover

I searched the internet for a new caravan cover and Leisureshopdirect was the best price (by £20) for the exact same product including free next day shipping. Great price, fast delivery, great service.

Camping table delight...

We made our choice of camping table on the internet - ordered it - it arrived by courier - we unpacked it and wow, it was even better than we had hoped for - the size - colour - adjustability, all ‘spot on’. Thank you Leisure World.

Thetford fresh up kit. £20 cheaper than Amazon, delivered 2 days ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

A problem well resolved

I was sent the wrong item by mistake and had a few 'hiccups' with customer services. Thankfully, Craig, who I assume is senior in the company, stepped in and resolved the issue. Mistakes happen all the time, everywhere. It's how they're dealt with that counts. I can now honestly recommend this company.

They were brilliant

They were brilliant! I emailed a query and had a prompt response saying there was one (and only one!) of the waeco fridge door seals in stock. I ordered it on their website and it arrived two days later.
