VerifiedPrompt and helpful service. Due to my error, I had to return, but mostly straightforward. The return acknowledgement email was very confusing, but a quick email exchange clarified.
I found a phone number but the recorded answer is not very clear, and the content confusing. Fortunately the email response is good.

VerifiedA firm that seems to put customers first, they went out of their way to help me purchase my Vango Kalari awning which arrived next day as arranged. Pricing and all extras were amazing so l couldn't find a better deal anywhere, and the more you buy you build up points which you can use to convert to cash savings. Overall l would highly recommend Leisure shop direct and happy to give them 5 stars Thanks

VerifiedCan’t fault the service or the product. Would have been a 5 star if the delivery had been in one drop on the pre booked date and not over two days. This was unexpected and meant we had to make sure someone was around for two days.

The whole package left us on the same day but it looks like DPD for some reason held back one of the boxes in your consignment and delivered it a day later. In our experience, this very rarely happens but we apologise for the inconvenience that it caused.
