Quick delivery within 2 days. Lovely looking fire. Waited a few weeks before leaving a review in order to test it out fully. Certainly not disappointed as it looks good and provides plenty of heat even when set on the lower setting. Therefore I would recommend the fire even though it is more expensive than some of the other conventional or basic fires and also the company providing. Rob

Read this review on TrustpilotOrdered an Alde in-line pump to convert my caravan as the old circulation pump had failed, whilst in use during the recent cold spell. Unfortunately received another circulation pump instead but an email to the company produced an immediate response and a new pump was despatched that day with a free return for the incorrect item. Although the incorrect item was sent, I couldn’t fault their response hence the five stars. It’s only when things go wrong that you find out how good a company really is!
