The Olpro Hanley Breeze is an inflatable drive-away awning for campervan owners who want a mid-sized living area next to the van. It fits vehicles with an attachment height of 190cm to 250cm and offers you room to eat, sit out a wet afternoon or stow kit, without committing to a full family footprint. Pitched, it covers 365 x 280cm and stands 210cm high, with standing room inside.

The tunnel has a door on each side, so you get into the van without walking through the living space, and twin 4mm and 6 mm beading on the tunnel fits either normal rail size. An integrated porch offers you somewhere covered to leave boots and wet equipment. A roof skylight and ventilation panels keep the inside light, and there are four doors and five windows in total, with flymesh panels on the doors for warm evenings. A cable entry point brings in hook-up power.

The fabric is OLTECH® REPRO 210T ripstop, which Olpro makes from recycled plastic bottles, with a 5,000mm hydrostatic head. Strengthened TPU Breeze® beams pitch with the provided manual pump, and Olpro offers a pitching time of 10 minutes. The AQUABARRIER™ zip system keeps water out of the tunnel base, the TERRAGRIP™ peg system holds the awning steady on different ground, and the groundsheet is stitched in. A spare primary Breeze air beam, storm straps, tunnel throw-over straps and a repair kit come in the carrying bag.

Olpro also makes a poled model, the Hanley Poled, which is the same size and fits the same vans, and campervanners short of room in the van pick it, as it packs smaller. The Hanley Breeze is for those who would rather pump than build a frame, with a spare principal air beam in the bag. Hydrostatic Head5000The Hydrostatic Head of a fabric indicates how well it can keep water out and how waterproof it is. The higher the number, the better! An awning needs at least a 1000mmHH for light showers. Heavy rain and driving wind will put more pressure on the fabric and therefore requires a higher HH of at least 2000mm HH. Anything higher than this will mean it can keep out water being pushed through, for example by someone leaning against it.
