Next email from Karen was that the part had been sent out!! The replacement part arrived three days after I first emailed Karen!!!! What fantastic, no hassle,Brilliant service I really was dumb struck how good the service was that Karen gave, she is a brilliant example of a customer service advisor and an absolute credit to her company.Why can't all companies be like this? A massive thanks to Karen and the company.
