Your choice of FedEx as courier is also very good. Many couriers dump parcels on my front doorstep in full view of passers by, and having the courier make an effort to go round the back of the house and find a more secluded location was great.

Also lucky for Leisure Shop I received the wrong part! I needed a black awning tension support arm, but I couldn't find that item online anywhere. So I ordered the white item on Leisure Shop's online store and thought I'd just make do with it. Imagine my happy surprise when I opened the parcel to see that I'd received the black item which is exactly what I need!!

Courier was Fed Ex and unlike many couriers they didn't just dump the package on ourdoorstep in full view of the street but made an effort to put it in an out of sight place at the back of the house.

VerifiedService was good and fast.
The ordered product: Royal Digital Noseweight Gauge looks sturdy and suited for its job.
However - initial testing with a precision scale showed that this gauge gives about 20% lower reading at 40kg.
For a digital scale such error is huge.
