VerifiedOrdering was straightforward and delivery within the predicted time, so all excellent. The only disappointment is that the delivered item contained a very poor photocopy of the instructions. There are many important detailed pictures and they are totally unsuitable for a complex installation. Fortunately I was able to find a copy of the original, very clear colour document which I shall use. "Leisure Shop Direct" should get back to Remis and demand that they put the colour version of the installation instructions in future deliveries. Or, at least provide links in the copied documentation, back to the original colour version. All I have to do now is install it!

I couldn’t get past the point where I had to enter my email address as it wasn’t accepted. I had to find an alternative address. Then having had my order accepted and then delivered I am still receiving reminders that the order is still in my shopping basket and that I should complete it.
