Read this review on TrustpilotPurchased a Dorema Garda de-luxe size 14. Had a dorema awning before and loved it so when we got a new caravan I wanted to get the same awning in a bigger size. Purchased this one from Leisure shop direct. Came in two boxes. One with the canvas and another with the poles. Carrier(FedEx), lost the poles and took a week to find them and send them out. There were many emails between Leisure shop, Dorema and myself with Dorema contacting FedEx to locate the parcel. Excellent service from both Leisure shop (Karen, customer services) and Dorema. Quick to answer emails and kept me in the loop at all times. I would definitely buy from them again as the after sales service was excellent, but hopefully a different carrier would make for a smoother experience next time. However, both FedEx delivery drivers were excellent and very helpful. As for the awning, it’s perfect. Fits like a dream, easy to install and instructions easy to follow. Material is excellent quality and heavy duty. Looks great too. Overall a fabulous awning well worth the price. Very happy customer.
