Leisureshopdirect and Palletways
Leisureshopdirect and the courier Palletways were excellent. The Fiamma Ultra-box rear 360 is well made but was extremely difficult to fit to our Fiamma pro C two bike rack. I had to modify the bike rack and use additional fixings. Nothing lined up correctly and the bracket plates were clearly wrong for this box and the rack. So, I will continue to order from Leisureshopdirect, but not Fiamma products.

I had to reorder a part that never left uk, reorder came to aus in 10 days, other one still in uk over a month later, no real response from customer service, asked for a refund for original part no response.then got a response from review to add information of order number, silence again, have mailed them already showing tracking before review written. Got refund . Other order came superfast to aus,

Time was taken to ensure I had correct items as needed for my caravan.
Items arrived but one was damaged in manufacturer wrapping so not leisure shops fault.
Reported by email with photo and within 5 mins received a replacement order.

Good item haven’t used it when we take the caravan out . It’s a good make so should be fine. FedEx did take ages to deliver but that’s not Leisure Direct fault.
