I needed a water pump for my motorhome. I wasn’t able to buy the same model but Leisure Shop Direct offered a replacement. When I ordered the pump on the Saturday I was expecting it to arrive the next Tuesday but to my delight, it came the next day! I was able to fit it and leave for my trip on time. Thanks for their excellent customer service.

VerifiedHaving struggled to source a dometic roller blind tensioner spring bush, made more difficult as I wasn’t sure what I was looking for, I managed to find the exact part on the leisuredirect website. I ordered a couple (just in case) on Friday evening. They were dispatched on Saturday and arrived on Monday.
They turned out to be the perfect part and resolved an issue that had existed with my motorhome since I bought it four years ago. Only wish I’d found this sooner.

VerifiedMy Flojet water pump arrived exactly as per the delivery schedule, which was important due to the need to fit this before our nextvtrip away the very next day. It was so easy to fit, literally just needed to slide back two retaining brackets and the old one was out and new one in. Only issue is this pump has no cable connector on the bare wires, so I needed to attach a plug to fit it to connector in caravan. Other than that, a great item, resolved my issue completely.
