Easy return./refund
Ordered some window struts but they were not the same length as described on the web page. Leisureshop Direct were keen to fix the problem but I also discovered that the struts would not be suitable even if they were the correct length. Return agreed and refund was prompt. Things do go wrong and it's all about how quickly you put it right. Good customer service, thanks

An excellent service and found getting the right size very easy. A good quality cover which we hope stands up to the differing weathers that we get in fenland. We did protect all the corners and sharp edges with foam before putting the cover on and to make sure that it did not snag there were four of us putting it on, two as mentioned in the instructions which were very clear, with the other two feeding it from the front. That said two people could do it if took time.

I was aware the item was out of stock when I placed the order as it was out of stock everywhere. Within days I was told it was dispatched and I received a few days later. Fantastic service and glass lid fits caravan cooker perfectly. Wouldn’t hesitate to shop online here again.
