Swift reply to my original enquiry. Catalogue sent to me so I could establish the part I needed which they had in stock. When I contacted them again to confirm the part number I received another immediate response. Able to buy and pay for the item online and dispatch was again very swift. Overall an excellent company to do business with.

There was mistake by the manufacturer (not by Liesureshop direct), which caused a piece part to be missing from an assembly. Craig contacted me very soon after I left a negative comment on Trust Pilot. Craig then sorted out the issue very quickly. He was friendly, efficient and apologetic. It is nice to deal with a family firm and especially one as responsive at Leisureshop direct. On this experience I am expecting to deal further with them in the future. I shall share this view amongst others in other fora.

Excellent product. Well made, sturdy, easy to use. Obviously it has only been tested a limited amount, as bought in the summer but I have no doubt that it will what is required to boost the heating in a large room in the colder months. Excellent service from leisure Direct, good communication and the delivery was very well executed.
