Fantastic Support!
Karen was great! She had to coordinate with Dometic to find the correct part, which included contacting them after about a week of not hearing from them (they were backed up).
Always friendly and helpful. I messed up the payment on my first attempt of ordering the part needed. She cancelled the original order for me and then I reordered and successfully paid.
I should mention that I live in Virginia, USA and all communication was via email.
I'll be back to Leisure Shop Direct if I need more parts I can't find in the USA.

Oh it was an adventure all right. Whale taps are waaayy over engineered. In fairness to the shop the goods were delivered ok’ish (when ordering said in stock but when placed order was due in stock in 6days). BUT the spares kit did the job and system now remains pressurised for weeks at a time with battery and pump off.

Ordered a 280 x280 Rooflight for our 1993 Talbot Express Holdsworth Tropicana..Sent on a DPD with tracking, excellent delivery and Fitting it was easy, also price was very competitive with local Caravan Centre..

I have ordered and paid for my caravan part and have been waiting from 8th August and told it would be delivered between 11-14th August and it never came. After going about email back and forth we have sorted it now. I originally gave this company as they were not responding to emails in a timely or professional maner. I have been receiving email from them and all looks legitimate but after communication through PayPal we have found the problem and so in fairness I have amended my rating.
