VerifiedEasy to find what I was looking for- angled tails for comet taps. Also bought some hose in case I needed it too but the inside diameter is too big, would've been useful to link which hose would fit. (I didn't need the hose anyway.)
The option for next day delivery was very good as I wouldn't have received the order before I went away.

VerifiedThe product as advertised was purchased for my motorhome. It would have been helpful to have overall size of the put together bbq and not the carton size it does however fit the alloted compartment.
So I'm very happy with it and the quality. The delivery was a day late because of "an unavoidable something". I was disappointed that the next day delivery which cost approximately a third of the product price wasn't available at a lower rate for longer delivery time.

VerifiedThe service we got from Leisureshop direct and Craig in particular was great. We were disappointed with the product we bought (see below) and Craig was genuinely concerned and sought to resolve things for us. The product we bought was the electronic gas genie gas level indicator rather than one of the cheaper magnetic strip ones thinking it would be better. Whilst the delivery and packaging were as described we are really disappointed with the product itself. The magnets that hold the device in place on the gas cylinder don’t seem to be strong enough to hold it in the place indicated on the instructions and it falls off.

Karen was the epitome of what we should all expect of customer service but rarely experience these days. OK, so I'm not as young as I was, but having agreed a price match I struggled to place the order and pay for the goods as phone orders are no longer taken. Within 24 hours the order was placed and payment made, Karen had confirmed and advised on delivery which was the next day.
