VerifiedOrdered a set of Dometic Awning tie down straps and received a pair of Milenco Mirror Guards and was really fed up. But come Monday email was answered and a courier sent to my home at the other end of the country and we swapped parcels. So I’ve given 4 stars for resolving the problem as quickly as possible with no cost to myself. Luckily I was able to be around for the courier, otherwise it may have been more difficult.
