Slow to dispatch and delivery expensive but good products

Placed my order on the Sunday of a bank holiday weekend, they charged £9.99 for DPD next day delivery and it stated that we'd receive our order on the Monday, but then they didn't dispatch it until the Tuesday, meaning that we didn't receive it until the Wednesday and it was sent through Royal Mail not DPD. I felt ripped off paying £9.99 for this. The part itself (PCB for fridge) was just what we needed, although the plastic casing didn't fit in the gap of our fridge so we used the original casing to hold the new board. Fitting was easier than expected and fridge works great now so we're very happy with the product and the price was cheaper than anywhere else. If dispatch time was improved and delivery was cheaper they would have 5 stars from me.
