Order a plastic replacement toilet hangle grip a month ago and paid 4.29 shipping, after chasing them multiple times I got an apology saying there was a delay in getting stock (fair but shouldn't have had to chase this information multiple times), it then finally get shipped a month later but its shipped 2nd class.
Update: In fairness, I am updating this post as they have responded with apologies and provided a refund on the delivery charges, thanks for taking the time to respond.
