Easy to find exact parts required, quick delivery and good communication. Needed hinges for freezer door flap on our Dometic fridge - there are many variations, but Leisureshop Direct system enabled the correct part to be found easily and be ordered with confidence. Dometic spare parts are an absolute rip-off - ridiculous pricing - £40 for a pair of flimsy plastic hinges!!! LSD were the cheapest I could find and be sure they were the correct ones.

Web site was clear and accurate. Order process was good except for a small glitch entering my US address but easily adjusted. Preparing my order and shipping it was fantastic. Did a great job keeping me informed as to how my order was being processed. Received my order in record time. Faster than I receive packages shipped within the US.

Well ordered a gas fire only for it to be lost,i had to chase up to find what had happened,only told it had been lost,reordered for next day. Arrived and I love it.
Delivery company found lost fire and tried to deliver You weren't at fault. It would have been 5 star apart from this,

Excellent service and very prompt. When the parcel arrived unfortunately it was damaged. It wasn’t an issue I had a replacement 2 days later. All communication is over email but you get an immediate response. Very pleased with the purchase.
