I bought a Provence Gas Heater from the Barnstaple branch recently and their service was fantastic. Kept me informed right the way through and delivery was ultra prompt. The item was in perfect condition, even though there was a very small hole in the cardboard container, which the driver courteously pointed out, but assured me the item was fine, which it was. The item itself is superb and I am delighted with it. It pleases me very much that a small local business is so good. Thanks very much, guys.
