Initially the ordered product didn’t arrive as scheduled, due to the failure of the courier (ParcelForce). However once the seller was made aware of the problem they immediately despatched a replacement by next day DPD courier. This arrived reliably and on-time, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the seller’s response and service. Would not hesitate to use again and to recommend.
