I had a LOT of queries and thankfully, Karen was absolutely brilliant at every stage, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful despite 20+ emails to resolve everything.
We ordered the wrong product in June 2021. Due to shipping delays, we didn't receive it till December. As soon as I realised the issue, got in touch and arranged to return which was quick and easy.
Then got the right products ordered and delivered, one was missing, got in touch, again quickly resolved.
Finally, my bank misplaced the refund of the incorrect product due to them switching from Visa to Mastercard so the refund went to my old card. Again, Karen to the rescue, she provided the date, ARN number, all the old card details she was able to provide according to regulations and did so quickly and cheerfully.
So if you're wondering if good price = poor service, do not worry, you're in safe hands. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Well impressed.
