VerifiedI cannot give a decent rating for goods that as yet have not been received. May have a change of mind when I receive the goods.
The goods arrived today .... 2 days late but in good condition . Think Royal mail have let them down .... anyway got the goods so it's 4☆ now. The late delivery cost the star.

VerifiedI can say that this is a good company to deal with, I bought fire radiants for a gas heater from them and my order was dispatched quickly and no problems with delivery, on opening of my parcel one of the parts was damaged. After I put this info here on Trustpilot, Craig contacted me and sorted the problem out for me very efficiently and sent me a replacement part very quickly even though a part refund was sufficient for me. I will deal here again as I know they look after their customers should there be a problem, thanks for for help Craig!! Well done.
