After a slight issue with a recent on…

After a slight issue with a recent on line purchase from them, this company could not have been more helpful. A replacement was couriered to me within 24hrs. All emails re said issue were replied to straight away and the staff just couldn’t have been more accommodating. Plus the price was considerably cheaper than other websites! Highly recommend.

Caravan window seal replacement

I purchase some rubber seal and plastic filler strip to replace damaged strip on a caravan window. The first rubber seal I ordered was 2 mm too small. This was my error in measuring the wall thickness. I was given a returns label and returned the seal . The money was returned to my account the next day , extremely fast service. The correct size seal arrived the next day after ordering. The seal was easy to fit. The plastic insert was a little more tricky. However a hair dryer to soften every 6 inches or strip made fitting straightforward. Be patient and work round the window in small sections. Delighted with Leisureshop direct.
