VerifiedAs an online purchaser from a wide and varied number of suppliers of equally diverse products for many years now, I have come to expect that from time to time, there can be problems. This is a fact of life. Be these issues human error, supply shortage or delivery issues, some things do not go as smoothly as I would wish. However when an issue does happen, how the matter is dealt and ultimately resolved marks the difference between your average online supplier and what we have here, a company that in my case took charge of the situation and were relentless until I received my order. The lengths to which Karen went to ensure I got my order are by far and away the best ever customer service I have received, ever! Stand up and take a bow, Karen, I cannot bestow high enough praise on you.
All too frequently, online businesses will dictate their decisions on customers that all too often are the easiest way out for them, wash their hands of the inconvenience and move on to the next order without any personal service or consideration for their customers. Certainly, it is not the case here and I cannot praise highly enough the level and quality of service that I have received.
Thank you so much, Leisure Shop Direct and especially Karen, you have turned someone used to being treated as a number back in to a real person who feels appreciated.
Would I buy again from this company? 100% yes, no doubt.
Would I recommend them? Absolutely, yes.
