Bought an expensive tent (airbeam) and it had a leak. These guys did everything to help, they reached out to the manufacturer and handled a replacement with no fuss. Thank you very much, happy customer here!

VerifiedI ordered 3 small items that were very light in weight and cost £10 and in truth were delivered promptly and efficiently, the reason for only 2 stars is that the postage was half the cost of the items at £4.99!! Check the delivery cost before confirming the order.
Update
After posting my review I received a very concerned email from Craig at Leisure shop direct explaining about the cost of postage and he gave me a £3 refund so perhaps they are not so bad after all. Proves they read the reviews. On second thought I have upgraded their rating to 5 star because their service was very good regarding delivery etc and their response to my complaint was acceptable.

Once they were certain of my requirements, the part was delivered on time and well packaged. It's now fitted and I have a fully functioning cooker in my motorhome.
