VerifiedItems arrived quickly and were exactly as described (25 metre cable and plastic container). I would use the company again but was a little irritated by the numerous and repetitive emails I received regarding the order and points accrued. I am not particularly interested in inducements just good service and products. There may have been a glitch in the company system of course.

I was worried about import duties on your package as have heard some nasty stories since Brexit. Not a problem at all. Picked up the package at the post office with no questions asked. Verified14/7/22: Update on my review below. Pleased to say that Leisureshopdirect have proactively picked up my comments and acted on them, explained and resolved my frustrations. It does indicate on the ordering site the number of items in stock although not overly clear, I didn't notice it, so will be more vigilant in future. I will order from them again though. Increased to 4 stars because of the way the handled it.
30/6/22: To cut a long story short, ordered two of the same items online, one arrived a few days later and no note, update or explanation as to why. No phone number on the website, eventually tracked one down, recorded message says they're not answering calls due to Covid, can only email or use live webchat on the website. There is no live webchat. So emailed as least preferred option and then received confirmation that missing item had been reordered. It seems there was only one in stock when I first ordered two, but would have been helpful to have known that at the time so I had the choice to wait or buy elsewhere. Anyway, is now four weeks later and second item is apparently on it's way. These things happen, I get that, but some communication and updates from them would have been much appreciated....
