Refund failure

I ordered an awning for over £500.00 that was on next day delivery . I chase to confirm the delivery the next day and was told that the item was not available until October . Agreed a refund by e mail, have been sent an e mail twice to say that I have been fully refunded 22/6 but nothing has been paid back in my bank .
This is fact , please be aware ! UPDATE. I HAVE NOW RECEIVED A REFUND OFF THE BACK OF WHAT I KNOW NOW IS A GENUINE ERROR SO HAVE RAISED THE RATING, AND I AM SURE THAT THE COMPANY HAD GENUINE INTENT BUT A FAULTY SYSTEM DIDNT HELP.

Wheel Lock.

Recently ordered a Milenco Wraith wheel lock, dispatched very quickly, and No damage to the box.
Unfortunately the barrel lock that comes with the Wraith was too big to fit into the hole for the wheel stud bolt. I phoned Milenco and advised to get a Small hole barrel lock. Milenco take your bank card details before you purchase the new barrel, in case you do not return the Large barrel lock back to them. New Small barrel lock arrived within 2 days, and everything working OK. Retuned the Large barrel lock and money refunded. Happy customer.
