We had a nightmare order when ordered back in early January a fridge for a caravan.
Once eventually getting through to Craig, he was amazing by keeping us updated and continued chasing on our behalf.
As everyone was working from home the only communication was through email.
I originally had put a bad review, however once Craig got on the case, despite it still taking ages and having to re-order I am happy that we got there eventually.
