Strange review this one. Placed my order last month based on the delivery being five days. But the delivery time moved each day. So canceled via Web site & email. (Can't phone them due to Covid) The situation was explained via email for the delay. But what mainly impressed me was the refund, which was received within three hours of the cancellation.
Read this review on TrustpilotVerifiedDelivery was a fiasco otherwise good service. Just make sure you allow plenty of time to receive the goods despite what the expected delivery day says.
