I ordered an air tent which was delayed compared to the date advertised on the website and tricky initial response to my enquiry. Craig from The leisure shop completely turned this around. He explained the reason, apologised, and set expectations with me. His communication was outstanding, and he updated me during the lead time - very professional. As such this has changed from a two star experience to a four stars and would be five if it wasn’t for the bumpy start. Kudos to the team and thank you. I look forward to taking my tent out this summer. Would definitely order from leisure shop again. With so many thanks.
