i found Leisureshopdirect a great…

i found Leisureshopdirect a great company to deal with i had ordered some Rubber for going around my Awing rail they managed to get it to me very quickly i have not managed to fit it yet but i am sure it will be fine it looks good quality stuff

Thetford

I purchased a shelf for my Thetford oven as it only came with 1. It was a fraction of the cost of the genuine article, fits perfectly and looks just as good quality. The standard delivery isn’t the quickest, but I wasn’t in a hurry so didn’t need to pay the surcharge for express.

Supply Reich twin pump

Whilst on a caravan holiday, I ordered the pump online for a friend. It was supplied quickly and in the time scale stated. HOWEVER, the packaging the pump was supplied in was completely inadequate and the outlet from the pump was broked off. Whilst unusable, my friend decided to keep the pump and latey engineer modifications to it. I advised him that I would have returned it but he chose not to have the hassle whilst on holiday. Discussions with Leisureshop Direct about this have completely resolved this situation and all parties are happy. I will definitely use this supplier again.

Brilliant

Hi, i never normally do reviews but on this occasion i thought i should.
I used this company for the first time and i have to say they were brilliant i ordered a tent footprint and carpet on th 1st June before lunch and i received them on the 2nd June at 11.20am the young chap (Chris)who delivered was so nice and friendly.
Overall its was the best service i have ever received from ordering on line before.
Many thanks,i have already told friends and family about how good the service was

DPD have “lost” my awning

DPD have lost my awning so I have not yet received it. After my initial frustration I accept that LeisureShopDirect are not responsible and are handling my complaint well.

I am sorry to hear this. Please note this is a problem with DPD and not our company. We dispatched your item right away via DPD next day delivery, however unfortunately DPD seemed to have miss placed your parcel.

We have tried our best to get the parcel located and sent to you right away, however unfortunately their investigations, much to my frustration, take 3-5 working days. Once they conclude this we will let you know asap.

I realise you are frustrated as you needed the item for your holiday and I would be exactly the same too, but I do feel we are stuck in the middle of this one, as DPD's actions are completely out of our power, so it is very frustrating for us too. How they can casually miss place a huge awning I will quite simply never know.

Rest assured we are trying are best and will be in touch soon, apologies again for the ongoing delay.

Ordered a Thetford caravan toilet flush…

Ordered a Thetford caravan toilet flush bezel with push button, and green toilet fluid. Items arrived within three days as promised. But carton was damaged and fluid bottle leaking. Sent email with photos and received a response almost by return apologising and saying they would despatch replacement fluid. The replacement arrived next day well packaged. Could not fault this response, and would use them again without hesitation.

Isabella Thor chairs

I ordered 2 Thor Isabella chairs, despite the items being out of stock for a while, once they were available they were dispatched and delivered. I received updates on my order via text as to when they would be delivered. I followed up when they would be delivered & was helped by Karen who gave fantastic customer service. I now can’t wait to try them out. Highly recommend this company.
