I've given 5 stars as this is the 2nd time I've ordered from here. I've ordered spare caravan keys. Ordering is easy & the website is straightforward. The keys fit really well with no problems. Delivery was quick too. Previously I had to wait as the key wasn't in stock, but I was made aware of this & the company kept me updated. I would recommend Leisureshop Direct

I received a very sincere apology from the manager for the service I had received which is very much appreciated and unusual these days. It has been really tough for a lot of businesses and their staff during the pandemic which is none of their fault. However the coronaexcuse as we come out of lockdown is starting to wear a bit thin. The customer is always right no matter what. If you don't believe it find something else to do.

VerifiedIt was easy to place the order, pay and get confirmation of the order by email.
It was only then that a follow up email notified that the item was out of stock.
Frustrating! It would be even more so if I had paid the extra for next day delivery.

A very nice prompt reply regarding my comments. Fully explaining the situation. I can only congratulate them on their customer service.
I will be placing further order in due course.
Since posting my initial comments I have upgraded from 3 star to 5 star.
They have taken on board and are acting to rectify but their customer service in trying to resolve my requirement has been second to none. I can not thank Craig enough for his assistance.
