Well I have waited to post this review as the first order I had arrived but was missing some parts to the kit.
It looked like DPD had allowed the package to get water damage and the cardboard had lost its ability to hold the parts and some bits must have fallen out.
I contact the supplier and they were very helpful. Ordered the parts missing and have now got it all resolved.
Really happy with the G2 Elite rack and fits on my Swift Caravan perfect.
Great price and quick delivery.
Although they are not taking calls at moment (due to Covid), I can confirm they respond to e-mails quickly and see like a good company.

I am not one for usually writing reviews however the service from leisure Shop Direct has been nothing short of excellent.
Due to the recent snow fall I needed to replace some poles for an Isabella awning. The customer service team diligently found the correct poles by contacting Isabella directly for me and kept me fully up to date on the time frames with my order.
