Read this review on TrustpilotVerifiedI wouldn't hesitate to recommend leisureshopdirect & will definitely use again. The top of one of my skylights sheared off whilst driving my 1998 Ford Autosleeper Duetto in strong winds. After doing some research I ordered the MPK replacement on a Sunday afternoon with next day delivery, I didn't expect it until the Tuesday as assumed the order wouldn't be processed until the Monday. To my surprise I quickly received a confirmation email from DPD to say it would be delivered the next day...& it was...before noon! Wow..impressed!! The replacement hatch came with 2 sets of handles (black & grey) so you could choose what colour you wanted. They were a little bit tricky to fit, (use the old one as reference), you just have to trust the plastic will bend rather than snap & it's obvious where the springs go too! It was just 4 screws to get the old one off & replace using the same screws & a bit of jiggling around to get it all lined up. Probably took me 20 minutes in total. If I can do it anyone can!! 😂

I was really impressed by the service I received from Leisureshopdirect with my purchase of a Dometic toilet. As stated on their website, they were experiencing delays from the supplier in getting hold of these due to Covid, but they kept me informed of the progress of my order, with the option of cancelling for a refund if I wanted, but I stuck with it, and it arrived safely when they said it would (very well packaged incidentally!) I was a bit puzzled about the electrical connection, so contacted them about this, and received a prompt reply saying they'd followed this up with the manufacturer; then next day got an email from them answering my question. So, absolutely perfect service all round - THANK YOU!
