After intially writing a bad review for this company as we could not contact them, they did not respond to my numerous mesages, and i could not contact them by telephone either. They had picked up a tent (Vango) i purchased from them for repair as the zips were bad quality and broke after its first outing. After writing on here to complain that i could not get in touch with them and did not know where my item was, and what else to do... they did contact me. Craig was, from then on, extremely helpful and contacted Vango pursue the tent repair. We have just recieved it back from Vango, and i now feel that it only fair to leave Craig with a good review as it all got sorted out in the end. I am willing to put this down to Covid and all the delays and issues that companies are dealing with at the moment. Every business deserves a chance in these difficult times we all find ourselves in.

I found the product I was looking for at a very good price, got a speedy answer to a query I had, and so decided to place a small order.
There was no delay. In fact it rates as the speediest website click to door arrival that I can recall.
The product arrived in pristine condition, including the wrapping (as it should!).
As a result I have absolutely no qualms about ordering further products from Leisure Shop Direct.
