VerifiedOrdering was simple. I was able to identify the exact part I needed (immersion heater for Truma boiler) from an exploded view drawing. It was stated that there was only one in stock. It arrived by post in a day or so.

VerifiedI ordered a portable gas heater for my conservatory. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. The website and payment process was very easy to use. More importantly the heater was £19 cheaper than the actual dealer of the heater. I will definitely use this company again. They were professional and efficient in what is a difficult time to trade in.

VerifiedNo communication from company as to when item would be delivered. Didnt turn up the next day as it said when we ordered it. We werent in when it arrived meaning we had to make hasty arrangements for someone to accept a bulky item. A simple email would have done to say when we could expect it. Would use again but only if desperate.

After posting this review I was not expecting a response from Leisureshopdirect, however later that day I received an email from them. It is clear to me from the email that they do care about each and every customer. The problem with my order lay with the delivery company and not Leisureshopdirect who were unaware that there was a problem until my review. I incorectly gave them an average review. The company have looked into the problem now and have kept me informed.
I think the sign of a very good company is not necessarily when things are going right but when things are going wrong and their actions to put the problem right.
All I can say is well done Leisureshopdirect. Because of how you reacted I have changed my review from 3* to 5* and you will be my first port of call in future.

Hi there
I am sorry to hear of this experience you have had with us, though I feel it to be an unfortunate incident as we dispatched your order next day delivery on the same day you ordered it (6th Jan), though unfortunately it seems the courier must have had a delay which we wasn't aware of, the courier are also supposed to give you regular text/email updates, so I don't know what happend there.
