VerifiedAfter sending us the wrong part Leisure Direct pulled out all the stops, collected the wrong item and sent the correct one immediately. DPD collected the wrong one and delivered the correct one at the same time, so we received the wrong one on Tuesday and that was collected and the right one delivered on Thursday. We are very happy with this service and the spare part for our caravan.

VerifiedArrived quickly. Minimal but adequate packaging. Unfortunately the shelf brackets are only half the length of the original ones. They are still usable but the shelf moves very slightly. I would have probably tried to find the correct length but the item looked exactly the same on website as my original.
