Flow jet pump for caravan

Pump was exact replacement for faulty pump. Straight forward to replace. And it was delivered as stated. Only critisisam you did not let us know when it was dispatched as you said you would.

Water pump needed urgently

I ordered a water pump because it was shown as same day dispatch. I received an acknowledgment of the order which informed me that DPD would be the carrier and that I would receive dispatch confirmation by 4.30pm. At 9.15 pm I received a text from Royal Mail with tracking information. The goods arrived in time, but the experience was marred by late communications which left me not knowing what was going on. Other than that, a top-notch service

Good service, but a little annoyed that I ordered on a Friday and paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Didn’t see anywhere that said next day didn’t apply to Saturday.

Excellent service

Excellent service, i had query with fitting instructions, they contacted Alde.
Alde response was 'there were no fitting instruction' which caused confusion.
I made a suggestion to Leisureshopdirect to ask Alde to remove the statement to save confusion in the long term.
