I recently bought an Isabella Hercules Triple pole tensioner online and was dismayed to find that the mechanism was so stiff it was impossible to use. Craig at Leisureshopdirect was amazing. He bent over backwards to help me and the problem was eventually solved. I have dealt with them on several occasions and found them to be very efficient. This is the first problem I have experienced with any of their products and I cannot praise them enough on their exemplary customer service. Read this review on TrustpilotVerifiedshop service and delivery were second to none....However the product was VERY poor.
I purchased a aqua roll water supply mains adaptor...BOTH tap connectors came away from the hose when the water in the container was full. there was NO way they could be tightened enough to solve the problem so went to a local garden centre and bought two replacements manufactured from a well known and reputable garden hose manufacturer
