VerifiedExperienced fantastic customer service from Leisureshop Direct. Our item arrived with a damaged box that looked as if it had been crushed in the post. Upon opening the item was discovered to have a broken hinge. We reported this straight away and received a fully working replacement the following day no quibbles. Great customer service and the company kept us updated each step of the way. Really impressed.
