Excellent product

Excellent product, easy to fit, came well boxed and super fast delivery.
There where no instructions, delivery note and fittings in the box. I download instructions from the net and sorted my own fixings. But still five star product, highly recommended.

Happy now thank you new awning received

Happy now received a new replacement item was dispatched from another company.
Item arrived damaged (had already been returned by another customer) not happy with the service which is e-mail only still not had any response days later. We ordered an Thule awning wasn’t a small item.
All resolved now new item is being sent out spoken to the management who have apologised.

Problem resolved at difficult times

Problem resolved at difficult times! Having placed an order with delivery due on 11th August - the expected delivery date just kept changing. No phone calls being taken and no online chat which is suggested on the answerphone. Replies to emails are very sparse - I asked if someone could ring me - the answer by email was no because their lines are down. Poor service I felt ...
But a big thank you now to LeisureShooDirect.. now going over and above in customer service with a phone call from the owners at out of hours....giving apologies and explaining the huge number of additional emails they are trying to deal with and updating my order to the newer model having confirmed stock with a trusted supplier and requesting fridge sent directly to us....unprecedented times but knowing that doesn’t stop stress unfortunately... happy and confident now that this company is 100% genuine and yes, there is someone there! 🙂
