VerifiedAlways so helpful and deliveries are usually on time. I did however miss a parcel as the arrival time slot text arrived after the parcel delivery so it was left with a neighbour before I got to the front door. We still got it safely on time. Thank you.

I could not believe that having ordered replacement poles for my Isabella awning how swift and efficient you have been. Wasn't sure at the beging but once I had reviewed the instructions for awnings it was a doddle, every detail explained and simple to use, delivered withing 5 days and perfect in every way, I had tried to order these poles at a well known caravan dealer in Lostock Hall Preston and the hassle was unbelievable, trying to order me the wrong poles - and with post and packaging they were double your price. Thank you very much - would I shop with you again - 100%

VerifiedInitially the wrong item was delivered but after 1 email explaining the problem, I quickly had a reply and the next day the correct item was delivered and the wrong item collected. Errors happen, but the way this was resolved could not have been better.

This company provides a very wide range of products, we accidentally ordered the wrong model of Thetford Kit but their after sales and returns service was immaculate.
