VerifiedTwo of the three items were correct. 1 was not the part I ordered and had to be replaced.
The returns/replacement serice was good and the replacement product arrived the next day

Absolutely outstanding company comprised of tremendous inventory and exceptional people. This is not the first time I have had to reach beyond the US to obtain the parts I needed for my RV. It is surely a negative reflection on the US operations (for Dometic) to have to contact suppliers internationally for servicing my repair needs. Keep up the great work!

VerifiedThe Thule bike carrier was as good quality as expected. It arrived in incredible speed and dealing with Leisureshopdirect was a pleasurable experience. We have an electric bike (1) and even without the battery and seat it is incredibly difficult to put it on the rack so my husband has made an assist from wood with a track to the bike carrier which works wonders. Wood is however heavy and we will be purchasing a couple of track assists and joining them together to do the same job....much lighter in aluminium.
