We ordered a Fiamma Portable Loo and the first arrived with the screw cap cracked. (there is no protective packaging - just delivered in the box from the supplier)
I contacted them and asked for a replacement cap and explained we were going camping soon and they sent me a new toilet out within 48hrs and had a courier collect the damaged one the same day. They said it would be faster to replace toilet than the part.
Excellent customer service!

Dear Mr Thompson,
We are currently seeing an unprecented level of orders and queries at the moment since the Lockdown has been relaxed. We have therefore had to take the decision to focus the entire team on the emails. The majority of our customer service team are still working remotely and we have put a large message on the website about the current contact methods and the fact we have had to cease the "Chat" option for a short while.
We are still answering emails within 48 hours (usually far quicker) and we are sorry that this is the only method we can currently offer.
