VerifiedWhen I ordered the item there was some kind if glitch with the remote confirmation of my order, however the following day after a phone call, to a very helpfull representative, the confirmation was sent to my email. The item was then duly delivered within the allocated time schedule. All in all a responsive and in my opinion helpful company.The item was received, well packaged with no damage to the package and its contents.
