Read this review on TrustpilotVerifiedI purchased a Dometic ctw 4110 toilet, unfortunately it came slightly damaged, although being well wrapped and packaged. I reported this and they could not have been more helpful, the replacement was there the next day and the damaged one picked up, one could not ask for better service than that, thank you.
